The ACEBOTT Smart Factory Education Kit – Level 2 TruckBot (QE032) is an advanced STEM robotics platform designed to teach students the principles of smart manufacturing, automated logistics, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Powered by the ESP32 Controller Board, this intelligent robot combines autonomous navigation, wireless communication, and programmable automation to simulate real-world industrial transport and warehouse operations.

The TruckBot features a unique modular design with two interchangeable exterior configurations, allowing learners to build and customise the robot for different industrial applications. It can be assembled as either a forklift robot for pallet handling or a tipping bucket transport vehicle, providing a more versatile learning experience.

Equipped with encoder motors for precise movement and positioning, the TruckBot also supports obstacle avoidance, line tracking, voice recognition, mobile app control, and vehicle networking, giving students practical experience with autonomous industrial vehicles and smart factory systems.

Programming is supported through both Arduino IDE and Blockly visual programming, making the kit suitable for beginners while providing advanced capabilities for experienced users. The included educational resources feature 16 structured lessons, a comprehensive textbook, and teaching slides to support classroom instruction and self-paced learning.
